Officer requirements

We do not require many things from Officers. Currently, we only outright require:

• that Officers be friends with at least @wtu in-game.
• that Officers have 2FA/MFA enabled on their Discord accounts.
• that Officers use their best judgement in a good faith intention to uphold the Guild rules.
